This Is For You If...
⟡ You’ve been living from your head and ignoring your body.
⟡ You want an experience that recalibrates your entire system — without the fluff.
❍ You’re new to fascia, flow, frequency but so ready to feel different!
❍ You’ve felt drawn to our Lifestyle Resets but want to start small.
⟡ You crave simplicity, slowness, and real connection.
⟡ Your ready to feel again.

Kerry and Andre are the heart and frequency behind Kocoond Wellness Co. — a deeply embodied wellness philosophy built around fascia, frequency, and flow.
With over a 3 decades of lived experience in the healing arts, the pair first created and ran their own retreat centre before launching a now-global movement of immersive Lifestyle Resets, retreats, and partner-led workshops. Together, they’ve guided hundreds of people home to themselves through the power of fascia recalibration, somatic movement, intuitive energetics, and grounded human connection.
Their work isn’t about surface-level wellness.
It’s about remembering who you are — through the felt intelligence of the body.
Whether guiding global experiences or holding space in their coastal sanctuary, Kerry and Andre offer more than sessions. They offer a return.
This Cervantes Reset is a glimpse into their greater body of work — a simplified, soul-deep expression of everything they believe:
When we be well, we truly live well.

Q&A
Natalie Baldock is a Personalised Health Practitioner and educator specialising in bio-individual nutrition, PHA (Personal Health Assessment) testing, and behaviour-based health transformation. With a background in integrative wellbeing and years of experience working with clients across Australia and internationally, Natalie helps individuals understand their unique biological blueprint so they can make informed, aligned decisions about food, movement, stress, and daily rhythm. Her approach is anchored in the science of epigenetics and anthropometry, offering clients a clear, personalised roadmap rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.
Natalie’s work is particularly focused on how internal biology influences physical structure, tension patterns, and fascia responsiveness. By combining personalised nutrition, nervous system education, and practical lifestyle strategies, she supports clients in achieving deeper, longer-lasting results in their fascia work, mobility, energy, and overall wellbeing. Natalie is known for translating complex health science into simple, actionable steps that empower people to live in alignment with their natural design. She brings a grounded, compassionate, and highly practical lens to personalised health, making it accessible and transformative for diverse client groups.

Cervantes is comfortable 2.5hr drive north of Perth City.
Known famous for the Pinnacles Desert and Australias #1 Seafood Restaurant - The Lobster Shack. We encourage anyone to visit these two places on your stay.
This town takes its name from an American whaling ship, Cervantes, which was wrecked off the coast in 1844. Cervantes was anchored off Thirsty Point, the promontory which lies to the west of the town when a gale blew up and the ship was blown ashore on an island to the south of the point. The ship was not badly damaged but due to difficulty of repairs all the contents were sold on the site. The ship was named after Miguel de Cervantes, author of Don Quixote.
The Turquoise waters are pristine with sea life and have many Australian Fur Seals closeby on Cervantes Island and Dolphins coming into the shore daily.
